Medication Policy

If your pet is on any medication whether it's for a medical condition, anxiety, or aggression, we must know prior to the booking. These dogs may need extra time for handling.

Safety Policy

We will do everything possible to make sure your pet is safe, will never force your dog through the grooming process if we feel it is unsafe or they seem overly stressed.  It is our responsibility to make sure your pet feels as comfortable as possible. 

Aggression Policy

We will not accept aggressive pets.
